This letter does not match any registered insurer template. Generic extraction has been applied below — check every field. An unrecognised insurer changes nothing about the response: the FULL question bank is asked, cold — an unknown template gets the most questions, not the fewest. To teach the system this template, review the proposed fingerprint and add it to intervention_template_versions.json. A template alert has been sent (best-effort).
Fields tagged THEIR LETTER were extracted from the insurer's letter. They are quoted in the response's reference block so the insurer can match it to their file — check each one against the letter. Nothing else from their letter is reproduced, and nothing about the claimant is extracted.
"Their insured" is the defendant's policyholder (the other driver) — not our client.
Deliberately never extracted from the insurer's letter — enter it from your own file.
Every question below goes to the insurer on every letter — nothing here removes a question. Your job is to judge, question by question, how well the insurer's letter and FAQ already deal with each issue. Your judgement decides how the question is put in the response. There are three possibilities:
- Not addressed — their letter and FAQ say nothing about it, so it is asked outright. This is the default: when in doubt, leave it here and the question is simply asked.
- Addressed but inadequate (amber) — they touched on it but the answer falls short. The response presses the point and quotes their own words back at them.
- Adequately answered (green) — they answered it properly. Even then the question is not dropped: the response asks them to confirm the answer in writing as a binding commitment to this claimant, and to identify the rental-agreement term that gives effect to it.
The box under each question holds the wording taken from the insurer's letter or FAQ. If the box is blank, their documents are silent on that issue. Read the wording, decide whether it is adequate — the short "Adequate only if…" line above each box tells you the test — then score it with the drop-down on the right. Your choice shapes what the response says on that point. Where you mark a question amber or green, make sure the box holds their exact words, since the response quotes them.
The states below were pre-assessed from the registered template and the uploaded documents — check every one against their letter before continuing.
The response letter gives the insurer nothing about the claimant beyond the name. No address, no vehicle details, no supplier, no licensing authority.
