Further Response The insurer has replied to your rebuttal. Analyse their reply and answer it point by point, grounded in the same case corpus your first response stood on.

Replacement Statement Response They sent a short report — now it's a witness statement with different suppliers. Track exactly what changed between the two documents, and answer the new evidence — including why the suppliers moved.

Route 4

Witness Statement Response The insurer has served a full BHR witness statement. Analyse the statement paragraph by paragraph — supplier eligibility, methodology, distances — and respond with correspondence and cross-examination points.
